Well, some effects allow you to use one less tribute than required or tribute summon on the same turn the tributes are sommoned, or even escape tributing monster cards altogether (Ancient Gear Castle). Or you could just Special Summon. 4. Well, duh, that should be obvious. I didn't think it would be necessary. Oh and, did somebody seriously run 4 copies of a card and call it reverse limited? Dwarven King
When I fixed up my deck last night, I didn't have access to my collection. After reading through the replies today, I have done a few more minor changes. And I know I need more monsters, but I'm unsure what to add since I like all my spells and traps. So I went ahead and made sure I had all three of my Mother Grizzlies for now. My deck is now as follows: x1 Royal Knight of the Ice Barrier x1 Fenrir x1 Gemini Lancer x1 Levia-Dragon - Daedalus x3 Mother Grizzly x1 Star Boy x1 Spined Gillman x2 Warrior of Atlantis x1 Armed Sea Hunter x3 Deep Sea Diva x1 Mobius the Frost Monarch x1 Genex Ally Remote SPELLS: x1 Salvage x1 Giant Trunade x1 Water Hazard x1 Hydro Pressure Cannon x1 Swords of Revealing Light x3 A Legendary Ocean x1 Terraforming TRAPS: x1 Skill Successor x1 Divine Wrath x1 Magic Cylinder x1 Compulsory Evacuation Device x1 Magic Jammer x1 Torrential Tribute x1 Dust Tornado x1 Tornado Wall x1 Trap Hole x1 Solemn Judgement x1 Black Horn of the Heaven x1 Sakuretsu Armor x1 Draining Shield x1 Trap Jammer EXTRA DECK: x1 Locomotion R-Genex x2 Frozen Fitzgerald x1 Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier Thoughts? Chaos Dralcax
If you want a water deck, add in some fish-types. Once you have a good amount of those, add Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth.

Last I checked, I'm not running a Dark, Machine, Ancient Gear, etc. Wait, let me double check first so I don't seem like an idiot. *checks* Nope, my deck is a Water deck. Also...even I know spells/traps are important. If it weren't for my spells and traps, I would have failed at putting up any sort of fight against my opponents. Thelinil
My friend bought a pre-built water deck from a cardshop for 30 dollars, and asked me to improve it, and this is what I made. Monsters 20 Codarus x3 Hydrogeddon x3 Levia-Dragon x2 (If you can't get a second one just run a mobious and a Levia I think) Mother Grizzly x3 Penguin Soldier x2 Snowman Eater x2 Spined Gillman x3 Warrior of Atlantis x3 Spells 13 A Legendary Ocean x3 Moray of Greed x2 Salvage x2 Book of Moon Dark Hole Giant Trunade Monster Reborn Mystical Typhoon x2 Traps 7 Dimensional Prison x2 Forgotten Temple of the Deep x3 Solemn Judgment Torrential No synchro monsters though, but you could add x3 Diva and replace the Hydrogeddons. Sleepy
When I fixed up my deck last night, I didn't have access to my collection. Comments? Suggestions?
First. It might be fun to try out Mermaid Archer (x2) as a Deep Sea Diva target. They are common so it shouldn't be hard to find. Its either an instant Level 5 Synchro or 1-card 2000 ATK monster that will survive 1 destruction. Tornado Wall, the Hydro Cannon, and Water Hazard are the only cards conflicting with the possibility of Treeborn Frog in there (so I'm thinking if its good or not to suggest it in this case). Its awesome Tribute food, it makes an extra wall, it can provide an extra star for Synchros when needed, and it can replenish Mermaid Archer (If you decide to try it) Royal Knight's effect seems counterproductive in there. The token is only really useful if you want to attack something and make damage when your opponent has low life and you can't quite go through a wall of defenses. Other than that its pretty weak and bad. Also, if you have Legendary Ocean, he will be Level 4 and cannot be Tribute Summoned, so effect doesn't go. If you are aiming for a non-Tribute 2200 ATK beatstick, I think you are better off with many other cards. Giga Gagagigo is superior, although trying to find Codalus would be better than replacing a high Level for a high Level. Because Locomotion R-Genex needs DARK non-Tuners, I don't really see how you can Summon it. Because you don't have much in the Extra Deck to fill it anyways, I guess it doesn't make any harm to stay for the time being, but it'd be a good idea to try to get a Mind Control (that's about the only option since based on one of your above comments, you don't want to mix DARK monster in this Deck). You need Monster Reborn. Aegis of the Ocean Dragon Lord would be an interesting tech. You need Seven Tools of the Bandit at least once. Or Trap Stun. Trap Jammer is ok but being limited to Battle Phase makes it a little harder to use. 1 more Salvage is the ideal too. Those are my suggestions so far. It's not going to be exactly amazing or tier 1, but its something. I feel like I'm forgetting something..... oh well, I'll eventually remember...... probably... Dwarven King
Gah! I read Locomotion as NON Dark monsters!!! D: Right now, I'm looking for me "Seven Tools of the Bandit" and trying to figure out how to add another "Salvage". I'm wanting my deck count to NOT exceed 41 if at all possible. I'm also considering Treeborn Frog and Mermaid Archer, if I ever find them.

~Hoplomus~
In my experience it's always a good idea to have a decklist with no restrictions, as you can then focus on getting the cards you need . This shouldn't be too hard to get, and if you reach this I'm sure someone here can help you take the deck further. If not, feel free to drop me a PM Deck was tweaked slightly from the build in this video. Chaos Dralcax
I suggest adding Oxygeddon, H20 combine, Water dragon, and (insert combo stolen from Bastion Misawa). But, whatever you do, you should add Mirror Force. It's one of the most useful stapels, besides Monster reborn.
