There's a couple equips in Gigavice, but that's no top Deck. You could negate their MST. Which would end up in you wasting 3 cards to negate a 1 for 1 removal... really not worth it. You can't justify using it against anything that isn't a +2, and no +2 Spells come to mind, barring Dark Hole and Heavy Storm. And if your hitting those cards, you don't get the second effect.
