Sleepy Posted September 4, 2011 Report Share Posted September 4, 2011 It exists because Konami thinks they made a good-but-balanced-and-splashable card that can be easily affordable for everyone (because it was in the Sneak Peek). They even said something along the lines of "This is just what people have been asking us to do, If players complain about it, I don't know what to say" ^so yeah, I don't know how well trained their card testers are, but if you ask me this is either on purpose or they really should be fired...
