She can be quite outgoing in social situations, but she repeatedly shows that she does not need anyone else in order to complete her goals or motivate her to better herself. She is sometimes seen as ambitious, and does well in classes, but she does not draw attention to herself when it can be avoided. She is humble when praised, but has a glint of triumph in her eyes throughout.[/size]

[size=3][b]Bio:[/b] Natalie has lived in Heartland for her entire life, and has always been a hard-working and studious individual. She took up Duel Monsters with great reluctance, at the urging of her parents who wished her to have a more social life. While she picked up the game easily, she still found it easier to stick to herself, even though she had what could loosely be called friends.[/size]
[size=3]She gained a brief reputation as one of the more talented duelists in the school, although she treated the title with disdain, and was eventually booted from the top spot. This loss didn't faze her outwardly, but she has been gritting her teeth about it ever since.[/size]

[size=3]During a recent duel, her opponent made the mistake of Summoning an Xyz monster she had only ever read about in the history of the city: A Number monster. However, she managed to win despite the advantage the card gave and made a point of liberating the card from him. Intrigued by the card, she wondered whether the other Numbers could be found, and since then has been seeking out duelists with such cards. Each Number she collects only intensifies her fascination with them, and when she encounters another Number, she stops at nothing to get it.[/size]

He was foraging around for food when he found a shiny black card on the ground that seemed to pull him towards it. It was "No. 13 Darkness". It was his trump card for many years and he was influenced by the malevolent power of the Number and took the job of hunting the rest of the Numbers. Later he developed "Chaos No. 13: Overwhelming Darkness", when he almost lost and began to repent his sins. The new Number saved him enabling him to crush his opponent. He did not however become any purer in heart and still has a apathetic attitude. Darkness flows from his body as he crushes the soul of each opponent when he takes their Numbers. Recently, Kuroi won Numbers 14 and 72 off two Duelers, both original and Chaos. Unfortunately, the losers became vegetables from the soul removal. He has so far crushed the souls of many but none of them had any Numbers so far... Recently, he found a way to rip out the soul of the loser of a duel to steal the losers Number, if the loser possessed one. Kuroi extracts both non-Number losers and those he suspects of having a Number. He shows a sadistic glee as he extracts the soul of each of his victims.
[b]Status/Faction:[/b] Numbers Hunter. Collects Numbers to destroy the Astral Realm and keep the Numbers for himself selfishly. Allegiance to no one.
[b]Deck Type:[/b] Overwhelming Darkness (A custom archetype based kind of on a Blackwing archetype. Most of these monsters are about using effects to swarm and get their trump card out. Known as "Karasu" archetype. Most of his "Karasu" monsters are all level 3 to easily summon his Number.

Outside of class, he commonly wears a red baseball cap, a white vest with the level symbol on the back of it and the number "07" on the side of the shoulders, a red shirt underneath it, a pair of worn out jeans and a pair of red converse. His eyes are emerald green and his skin is pale, making him blinding to stare at. There is nothing that special about his school uniform.
[b]Personality:[/b] Setsuna is a rather mentally lacking fellow. In school, he barely understands what he is doing and tends to remain silent, just to avoid embarrassing himself. When outside of school, he becomes a blunt and honest person. Whenever he finds something he actually is skilled at, he will spend all of his time trying to master it. Though he usually fails, he refuses to give up on anything, except for schoolwork.
[b]Bio:[/b] Losing his parents at a young age, Setsuna had to go to Heartland and live with his only surviving family member, his uncle. While staying with his uncle, the older man taught Setsuna about the game of Duel Monsters. Listening to the stories his uncle told him about the glory days of his past, in which he was a powerful duelist, the young boy became inspired to be like his uncle and become the best. Not long after picking the game up, he had begun to slack off in school more and more. Eventually, his failures to be able to complete work in class or generally pass any test had earned him the label of one of the biggest idiots in the entire school, or at least by his peer's point of view.
After spending years of training with his uncle, Setsuna had earned something that he almost forgotten entirely; his father's Deck. Taking it up as his own, he vowed to become someone his father and mother could easily be proud of, even if he still can't be on par education wise with his classmates.
During his first Duel with the Deck, Setsuna had found himself losing with ease, after using up all of his father's greatest monsters and spells. Reaching for his Extra Deck, he looked into it to see an additional monster left over. Confused, yet relieved by it, he summoned the monster out with what little he had left and immediately bound himself to it;Number 07: Phoenix Dragon.

I'd say that if you want to attempt to balance it, first thing you need to do is limit how you can bring it out, because Tour Guide makes this too easy.

That or make it so it needs to Detach during End Phases in general. So you could do it one time and that one time along.
