Once per turn, you can discard 1 card and declare a Monster Card name. If that card is in your opponent's Deck or Extra Deck, Special Summon it to your side of the field, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

Basically you discard 1 to Summon the Opponent's strongest monster.
Friggin' broke, but hilarious if you know what the Opponent runs.
Discuss.

You know what? If this card had a "Cant be Special Summoned" clause, and they removed the "ignoring all conditions" part, as well as make some added "You cant Special Summon for the rest of the turn" clause, and only let it grab from the Opponent's deck, and MAYBE make it's type Pyro....

We could actually have it at 3(Or maybe 1, I dunno' how it would effect things)

Or, you know...

have the summoned monster either not able to attack or use its eff the turn its summoned, or have it destroyed during the End Phase or something.

Nothing complicated like what Arma said.

Summoner Monk, ho!

Last time we had this topic, it was one giant *Spits out drink* O_O

*Clears throat*

For once, I wouldn't shoot people for saying Fableds.

That being said, this is insanely Splashable, if released.

Oh, and Zombies. Steal their tuner or w/e, revive, steal, revive... Use Emeral to make it more worthwhile, and steal things like Tengu, and then their BLS or w/e

No, it'd still be broken beyond belief

Deck OR Extra Deck? WTF?

Broken. As. Hell. It doesn't negate the monster effects of the pilfered monster, completely ignores Nomi/Semi-Nomi conditions, doesn't prevent it from attacking...and it costs a single card from hand once per turn.

Captain obvious is obvious.

It can't attack. And if it's killed your opponent gets a free 3300 beatstick.
It's a 4000 wall that can negate anything for free, and it only cost you a single card in hand. And you're right, it can't attack. That's interesting to note, since Quasar can't normally be Summoned by other means.

If you summon cards like Ancient Gear Golem, Fusion Summon-only Fusions, or something, which normally can't be special summoned other ways, those kind of cards should have more limits than if you summon something that can be special summoned normally.

Example:
Summon Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon - eff is negated
Summon Ancient Gear Golem - eff is negated and is destroyed during the end phase

Something like that.

Normally the inability to be SSed normally makes them unplayable. It's just when there's insane cards like this that disregard Summoning Conditions from the deck that there're problems. And Gadjiltron really isnt a big deal aside from Geartown, but that type of deck usually doesn't top anyway, so it's not a big deal.

I was just listing two monsters, one that could be special summoned, and one that couldn't, and had differences shown in the limits put on them when summoned by this card, so the one that normally couldn't be special summoned would have more limits than those that can. The monsters I used as examples don't matter.
