That leaves little room for any improvements to things that gamers like (i.e.: graphics, play-style, larger maps, destructible objects, etc.). Every game that is released is just the same as the last with moderately different weapons, maps, etc. Very little difference. They advert it like it's the greatest game ever with these incredible graphics and weapons; when the fact is they just use the same graphic engine over and over and add random weapons that are either worse than or slightly better than the ones in the last game. If you want a good first person shooter: Buy a bloody Halo game. They don't represent corporate greed and they release a game within a specific time frame so that they CAN do things with the graphics and weapons by improving their software, something I have seen not in CoD or in any other modern shooter. Second off; You couldn't wait three days for a game that is far superior to the piece of s*** FPS? Skyrim is far superior in everything. Yes, it's an RPG, not an FPS. But it is still competition to it. This game I have played for hours on end. I was second in line for the pre-release and I played it as soon as I arrived home. CoD and other FPS' are repetitive leaving room for samefags "n00b-t00bing' online-players and a shitty campaign mode. The story is inaccurate to what they are basing the situation off of and online becomes bland after a while. So, do us all a favour and return your second MW2(because we all know it's the same bloody thing) and pick up something lesser on a bandwagon, something fun. f*** it, get Assassin's Creed. Thanks for voicing your opinion, however much of an ass as you were about it, but I think I'll keep my game. It's fun to play with friends and I prefer it than sitting around by my lonesome in a basement. This thread is mainly for those who like and play the game. I don't hold any resentment for you not liking it, but please be respectful to those that do. Having a different opinion doesn't mean you have to be an ass about it. [/quote] ^ The Ico collection is f***ing awesome man. And that's from me playing Shadow of the Colossus only. It may not be a shooter, fast paced, or hell, even have a ton a content, but it all seems to work. stuck on the 8th Collosus tho. That's when I stopped to play MW3. However, SotC is the first thing I'm playing tomorrow. Now. Topic time. Discuss the UMP. Me? I hate the f***ing thing. It's everyone's go to SMG, and it feels way too op'd. That's just me, tho. UMP is really overpowered, especially if you're like me and have it fully leveled up. I've been trying to keep away from it more tho, which is easier now that I have the ACR. After MW2 I realized that I am starting to hate Infinity Wards games... I am sticking to Treyarch from now on... Call of Duty: Iron Wolfe is the game I am getting when it comes out... I love shotguns in all the CoD games, and even BF. Always been fun to use. The striker is manageable though. SMGs: Nice to see the return of the MP5. Got gold for it. ARs: Good. Only problem is the WHAT THE f*** TYPE 95 SHITBAG. No like. Not really OP'd, it just gets old. The spawns are totally f'd up. Kill Confirmed is awesome. ..... WHOEVER PUT SKORPIANS AS A SECONDARY WAS A GENIUS. After using them so much in BO I got attached. I've been using skorpions since I feel obligated to use them after getting 1400 something kills with them in Blops. Really unhappy there's no dual wield shotgun. Those were so fun to use. As far as the maps go, only 2 I don't really like, and their names escape my mind at the moment. The flanking doesn't really bother me considering that I'm never in one spot for more than 5 seconds (bomb defusal time...) I ragequit out of a match too! Went into theater mode to count how many times I'd been flashed, doesn't 13 in a row seem like a little much? I think it was worth it. Which is a good thing :3) (This is all subject to change x3) SOOOOO MUUUUUCH FUUUUUUN.
