...I don't get it.
Why would an X-Saber Xyz be good in a Fabled Deck?
And how do you win on your 2nd turn with it?

One thing you seem to be having trouble grasping is that just because a card is part of an archetype does not make them EXCLUSIVE to that archetype. (I say this because you called it an "X-Saber Xyz")

Fableds swarm like hell. He evidently did a weird tech, though.

I tried it out, 'cause I needed fast ST hate that I could grab easily.

I found I just added to more spam, and OTKd o.o

First turn was Striker + Sangan = catastor, add tour Guide.

The rest was history.

IT's a quick lv. 4 from the deck, and I also run RotA.

That's not how decks work o.o

I mean, I'm running 2 Ice Barrier dragons, 2 Signer Dragons, a scrap, 5 Mained T.G.s, a Number, 3 X-Sabers, 1 Synchron, and 1 Ally of Justice.

Then Fableds and non-Archetype monsters like Tour Guide, Sangan, Snipe Hunter, etc.

If you judge a card's application based on its archetype, a lot of amazing cards wouldn't get used. This seems especially true with Xyz in DTs.

Gem-Knight Pearl is a generic 2600 beater with no effect.
Lavalval Chain is an 1800 that can mill any card or stack any monster to the top of your deck
Daigusto Emeral is an 1800 that can return 3 mons to the deck to draw 1, or SS a non-Effect Monster.

They are extremely usable in almost any deck, despite being in the Gem-Knight, Laval, and Gusto archetypes, respectively.

Granted, Invoker is nowhere near as generic as those 3 in terms of effect, but I dont think Invoker is in any way good for X-Saber decks in the first place.

Is that one reason why I suck at the meta?
I like decks that run just an archetype's stuff?

Not to mention that the last two are "combinations" of two separate Archetypes in the first place (Chain=Laval+Gishki, Emeral=Gusto+Gemknight)

Now I kinda want to find out if they're actually combinations of individual cards...

OT: what byakk said.

but now I want to use it in singlexsaber.dek

WC11, y u no make room for future cards

Hand: TGU + Ceburrel

TGU into Kushano into Invoker, detach Kushano to search for a Level 4 X-Saber
Discard Cerburrel to add Kushano to hand, summoning Cerburrel
????
Hyunlei with a two card investment
[/quote]

Which Really should count as 1 given you get Kushano in hand...

Bingo ^^

I was looking for a way to fit Hyunlei right before they revealed Invoker, but didn't find it... And Invoker made it happen =3
