Nothing does if i believe so. is there any point to it? im sure that "Including face down summons" is just oddly used for the aforementioned cards.

However, the card mentions Defense Position as a general term (Not face-up. If they wanted to do that, it'd be Face-Up Defense Position). If the monster was already in Defense, it cannot have it's position changed to the same thing again surely. :s

Hyper Librarian is prepared in case you are able to summon 2 or more synchros at the same time...

I run Water-Horn of the Phantom Beast and also Seaking deck. I think having at least 1 of this in each of those decks can be fun. Too bad I generally summon a lot of non-water monsters there too. I will have to go the old Coelacanth > Eelx2, Meister, lv4 fish. Eel+Meister into Gungnir, Eel+lv4 fish+Oyster Token into Trishula...

I hope i'm not the only one who thinks this new "Problem Solving Text" is actually making MORE problems.....
[/quote]

I don't think the problem here is with the problem solving text. The problem is the lack of the word "face-up" and the pharenthesis that states "including face-down Summons), which are calling out loud for the need of official rulings.

The problem solving text is a pretty good idea. It is completely another matter that they have decided to laze around with their proof-writing, which could be perfectly capable of explaining things clearly.

Problems in this card:
-If it was meant to flip the monsters, then the word "face-up" would make it pretty clear.
-In the unlikely scenario where you'd have face-up Attack Position monsters changed, would it change to face-down Defense or face-up Defense?

If they are preparing for furute sets, then they aren't doing a good work at it either, and it's not like there's not enough space for a few more words.
I repeat once more: Card Solving Text has nothing to do here. They could explain the effect in a way that's equally lame with the old grammar too.

When it said facedown summons, I instantly thought of Worm Call. And also, Konami should expand on facedown Attack Position. Galactic Overlord plzkthx.

Also @above: usually face-up defense is the implied, unless it specifically says "Face-down defense position"
