About rarity bumps: You forget that not all rarities go up. If all the rarities stayed the same, in a month you would have been complaining about how Weight Over was the rare in your pack... [/quote] Cell is an @1 tech at most, only because CCI. Scout is worthless. =/ But, that proves a point with this card. It's a dead draw half the time if you're doing it right, except with Virus, but more than 1 is too much. Not like it preserves advantage or anything, just a quick tribute. I should know since ever since I followed the "preferred engine", I lose more than I win with the deck. However, when I use Scout and Cell engine, I win more than I lose. [/quote] I've tried both as well, but PEMN. It sucks. Cell isn't bad, but Scout is beyond terrible. And you shouldn't be running more than 4 Tribute monsters. Scout maybe beyond terrible for you, but he wins games for me. As ironic as that is, it is proven (in my juristiction, since I used both engines in separate decks). Is there actual proof that Scout is terrible? You say PEMN, but according to Personal Experience, decks that win more when they use a certain card proves that the certain card is good, no?
