Yeah, I believe it wont resolve if your LP is increased by over 1000, or if this card is flipped facedown. Anyway, I always thought this card was good. A bit conditional, but definitely worth an Extra Deck slot if you can make Rank 4s. Especially Rank 4s at the drop of a hat, such as Rabbit Decks. Not kidding: This card wins games. Using his effect really seems like a last resort, but other than that I like it. If you're running Utopia, I don't see why you shouldn't run this. Sure, it uses up space, but I find it worth it.
