White Void Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 It would be stupid to use this with GEPD because you shouldn't be using Sanctuary to TRIBUTE Summon him. That's why the tokens have 2000 attack. The idea is interesting if used with stuff like LADD, Vanity Ruler, or Angel 07 but I'd use it as a tech and nothing more. Seems too inconsistent to depend on. And really, if you run this in a Photon Sanctuary Deck, it'd be worth Tribute Summoning GEPD to draw 2, unless you have 2 Photon Sanctuary, GEPD, and LADD. Thus, you would use a Double-Tributer (i.e., Kaiser Seahorse, Double Coston, etc.) for the Tribute Summon. ... ... still, I get the feeling someone's gonna say that's terrible, but hey, it's a thought. [/quote] I think that only applies to Overwhelm. This one specifically asks the monster to have needed 2 or more tributes. This can still activate if the summoned monster is Obelisk?
