Disk would not return. It was deemed broken before we even got all those low Level revival options like Graceful Revival and Limit Reverse, and Call is at 2. This is a mandatory effect, so...yeah, almost any Deck could run one and get plusses all over the place. Pot of Greed would be more fair than Disk.
