This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by controlling 3 or more face-up Continuous Spell Cards. When this attacking card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent selects and sends 1 card from their hand to the Graveyard, and you draw 1 card. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and was sent there from the field, you can send 1 face-up Continuous Spell Card you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard.

Nets you pluses, spams Locomotion with Birdman, and can easily be Summoned all over the place.
Downside is you have to run a specific deck, and 1900 wont run over much on it's own, despite the fact you simply need to inflict damage with it.
Discuss.

If it had more ATK, it's second effect would be horrendously overpowered.
More or less, yea.

Oh, and Birdman has more use in CBs if were running it + Dragon Queen.
Birdman + Pegasus = Vindikite, who can't be attacked(Worded differently from Fisherman, I think), and grabs more copies of Birdman.
Birdman + Turtle = Brionac -> Inf Draw with Rainbow Ruin.
OR
Birdman + Turtle = Duloren -> Return all your CBs in your Spell/Trap zone to your hand and boost it's ATK

Vindikite is level 8 :(
But honestly those are great Ideas and I want to make CB Genex now
I never manage to summon this in CBs, and when I do I cant do damage ._.

An amazing card in CB.

Even on the times when it can't kill anything, it has helped me survive with 2600 DEF shields spamming every turn until I draw into something useful.
Makes R-Genex while recycling Pegasus.

It was meant for that Deck, and allows Allure to exist in CB.

For some reason, I was thinking he was 7.

If you're willing to run Mystic Winds of Mist Valley, Birdman can spam Pegasus by bouncing Pagasus.
Mystic Winds, for the sake of 1 card, is just situational :/

It's actually not as situational as you'd think. I once built a deck that used Winds, Birdman, Mist Valley Falcon, Pegasus, Cobalt Eagle and Tengu for super spam. Was actually a pretty fun build.
