Catterjune Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 So I was thinking a while back of like... making a Cloudian Deck, and I saw Cloudian Turblence and Smoke Ball and thought about like... making them into some kind of deck like what Agent Venus and Mystic Shine Balls did. Then I looked up Rank 1 Exceeds and they all sucked. Why are rank 1 Exceeds so godamn awful? They all require 3 Level 1 monsters and... it's just terrible. So yeah. Cloudians?
