[/quote] It isn't a "draw a counter or lose" card; it's more of a "the counters make it unplayable and unappealing, so as long as those counters exist you won't lose, regardless of if you draw them or even play them". [/quote] Yes but if you get this off the opponent might as well scoop up their cards and it being played Turn 1 with nothing to do about it would piss me off greatly. It has a wide range of absolutely fair targets that would become busted through just pay -> drop. It would become another troop, dupe, scoop format. Are you kidding me? Cyber Stein should NEVER COME BACK. It can pull 4000+ Beaters, 2800 double attackers, Walking NOs to S/T, etc. It can be countered is a stupid argument. It's caused one of the few times that Evilfusion got worked up because Shard argued SHI EN IS BALANCED CAUSE COUNTERABLE.
