[/quote] Not sure on OTKs, but I believe RFG Psychics made some good use of it, too. Anyways. Card absurdly treated Psychics as if they were an Arch-type. I can only imagine the horror if this guy existed for a more supported Type. Machine, Fairy, Fiend, Insect, and Warrior come to mind. As long as this card and it's potential existed in legal play, it's use was going to purely be dedicated to OTKs, and at the same time, this type of design also prevents much more good support to actually be made for it's target type, because of how easily it can break it.
