It decreases the ATK off all monsters it attacks during a turn, right? So, if you get a way for it to attack all of the opponent monsters, then it can have a relative +1500 against up to 10 monsters, instead of just one per Xyz material. Am I understanding this right? Because seeing Yuma overlay two level four monsters to summon Hope yet again... oh no wait he summoned something other than Hope!?!? I would have totally lost my s*** at that Damn me for spoilering myself. Cool that Gagaga's have got an Xyz monster. That its not a spellcaster but is a monster that 'fits into the scenery that it debuted in' is a bit naff. Effect is also, blergh.
