Poor Thunderspark. The idea of using other cards to give it materials for other effects is actually really cool. Shame the idea in practice kinda fails. Also, source on this? The 3-material effect makes it a Thunder End Dragon that's easier to get out. You can literally get this first turn with the Thunder family, after all. Not that underwhelming when you think about it. There are multiple methods to add materials to Xyz Monsters - most of them not particularly good, mind you, but along with Spirit Converter there's also Overlay Regenerate and Xyz Unit. It's a great card, and it's not underwhelming at all. Sure, others are more useful in [i]most[/i] situations, but this has a number of situations better suited for it. [/quote] The extra Normal Summons stack. They're clearly ignition effects that don't state that the effect of "OToThunder"/"OKaThunder" can be activated once per turn. It would state otherwise if they didn't stack =/ And that was my point. People in this thread are bitching that it's NOT 5 materials, which perplexes me.
