Wrong. It's:

Hatcher
Continuous Trap Card:
While this card is face-up on the field: You can control 2 "Imperial Order" ignoring their conditions and all cards you control are treated as Trap Cards (Monsters treated as Trap Cards by this effect do not count as Trap Cards in your Spell and Trap Card Zones). When this card is flipped face-up: Activate 2 "Imperial Order" from your hand, Deck, Graveyard, or Banished Zone. When your opponent Summons a Level 5 or higher monster or an Xyz Monster: You can negate its effects and its ATK and DEF become 0. While that monster is face-up on the field, it cannot declare an attack or change its position. Lv. 4 or lower monsters cannot declare an attack.

And it's obviously COMPLETELY balanced, wtf are you on? Pinnacle of Card Design.

I'm somewhat confused. I actually don't think she's that bad at all. I've never gotten to know her personally so I'm not that sure whether or not she's a likeable person, but as a moderator she does her job just fine. Think about it for a second; this "No Rules" thing has been going on for less than a day and we've already seen a s***-ton of spam and the likes from the other members of the section. In addition, there's really no one who would be a better fit for the section simply because it's so spam-filled as it is that we actually need someone who has the motivation to take action on those who spam like idiots.

Like I said as a person I don't know her at all, but she does a pretty good job around here. Of course it's impossible to have legitimate discussions on things because 90% of the TCG Players in this section are terrible at the game and the rest that are have such egos that they throw it around so there's no level of common ground between the two sides at all.

Oh, don't take it as me endorsing everything she's done, because I'm not. Personally, I consider you one of, if not the best TCG Player/Member in the section as your vast knowledge of the game and willingness to help others is actually awesome in terms of improving the overall quality of the section and its players. Of course there's the ego, but what will be, will be, I suppose.

But it's obvious from the people who think its hilarious to just spam in every topic that her point with this "No Rules" thing is that it doesn't work at all. If you look at all of the recent topics that have been posted today, there's very little intelligent discussion or thought-provoking discussion at all.

Thing is there is almost none of that anyway. Today has had more of it then I've seen since the "If all DARK Monsters were banned" thread...

Which Pika locked because she said "It was a spam fest."

Point being, as sad as it is, today has had more intelligent discussion than most days.

I'm not the best in the section. Probably the best active member, but Jack's better than I am, and so's Ben but he posts only once in a blue moon.

Honestly, with the way Pika mods my posts, I'm not gonna be posting much at all from now on, if at all, anyway. Just a waste of my time, especially since most of TCG are no longer willing to learn (heck, refer to the Shi En thread from a few days ago and you'd see exactly what I meant). So I've lost all motivation to really be a part of it.
