If either of those cards have been played during the Duel, they are removed from play." Basically, Pot of Greed with a bit of risk, unless it's the first card you play. You play it early, and if 1 of the 2 cards has been used, you still have a +0 that thins your Deck, Then you have the possibility of good, or not wanting to use it later on.
