The card definitely has potential. Though Plant Decks don't use that many plants (just Spore, Lonefire, Dandylion, and Titania is what I've seen). That might be a reason this card doesn't see play.

Not staple for its deck like Limiter Removal for Machines because it requires a large number of plants in the grave to be of any use at all.

Plants RAEG. It's like Limiter Removal but it doesn't get game consistantly and Machines can swarm the field and play more machines than plants do.

The way it's written is from before the current OCG, so naturally it's going to look odd. If/when this card gets a re-print, its effect will be re-written to be more simplistic.

I actually got fool by this card assuming it has reprinted or something just because of that ";" facepalmed*

Plants have a couple major trends running through them: Special Summoning, and being Tributed for Summons and effects. This supports neither, and instead provides extra ATK. You can OTK, but with what? Gigaplant?
