Face-up Plant-Type monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard; this increase lasts until the End Phase. During the End Phase of this turn, destroy all face-up Plant-Type monsters you control.

Would love to see a deck made around this.

Everytime I see that card, the first thing that comes to mind is:
The card definitely has potential. Though Plant Decks don't use that many plants (just Spore, Lonefire, Dandylion, and Titania is what I've seen). That might be a reason this card doesn't see play.

is there a significant difference to having the term of "[background=rgb(252, 252, 252)]this increase lasts until the End Phase." ? rather than " than just end the first line of effect with "Until the End Phase"? or rather it just something to fill in after ";"? just asking because it's seem kinda odd [/background]

The way it's written is from before the current OCG, so naturally it's going to look odd. If/when this card gets a re-print, its effect will be re-written to be more simplistic.
