I'm wasting no time on these tournies! Welcome to the 5th Chance Format Tournament! I think I'm going to go old school on this except with my format in play. The format has seen some changes since the last tournament and are now to be implemented One of the biggest things is that we now have not 1, but 2 Ban Lists: The Power Ban List and The Special Ban List. But first, lets go through the Entry Rules.

1. You must donate at “minimum” 25 points. If you wish to participate and do not have 25 points, you can enter but must go “all in” with your points. You can also donate points if you desire.
2. Submit the following: YCM name - DN name - Challonge name (N/A if you don't have one) Please submit in the bold, Italicized and underlined part. It makes it easier for me. :)
3. PM [member='みゆきサン'] your Deck Lists.

Main/Extra Deck are allowed to have (both combined):

  • Up to 1 Power/Special Limited Card
  • Up to 1 Special Limited Card
  • Up to 2 copies of 1 Power/Special Semi-Limited Card
  • Up to 2 copies of 1 Special Semi-Limited Card
  • 3 copies of only 1 Unlimited Card
  • All other cards now have a Max Copy capacity at 2.
  • Extra Deck monsters CANNOT attack the turn they are Summoned from the Extra Deck.
  • Side Deck can contain other copies of Power (Semi) Limited Cards, Special (Semi) Limited Cards and 3rd Copies of Unlimited Cards.

On my Side Board I have:

3rd Copies of Unlimited Cards:

At any duel, I can only have up to 1 Power Limited Card, so if I want to side out for Heavy Storm or any (but only 1) of my Power Limited Cards in my side deck, I must remove the only Power Limited Card in my Main Deck/Extra Deck. I don't HAVE to have a Power Limited Card in my deck though, so I can also side it out for the Dimensional Prisons I currently have in my side board.

At any duel, I can only have up to 1-2 Special Limited Cards. The Power Limited Card's slot also doubles as a Special Limited slot, meaning I can side out my Power Limited Card for a Special Limited Card, such as me siding out Return from the D.D. for Monster Gate. I can also side out these Special Limited cards for unlimited cards such as the Dimensional Prison on my side board. Special Limits can work together (meaning you can have 2 Special Limited Cards at any point in the duel) but only if there is no Power Limited card present.

At any duel, I can only have up to 2 Power Semi-Limited Cards, so if I want to side out for my other Power Semi-Limited Cards (Tour Guide), then I would have to side out any of my Power Semi-Limiteds already in my deck or both copies of 1 Special Semi-Limited card. For Example in this deck, I have to side out my Rescue Rabbits to place my Tour Guides. I cannot side out Bottomless because Rabbit is a Power Semi, and Power Semis "work alone". However, if I had Magical Stone Excavation and Bottomless as my Special Semis, then I can side either both copies of Magical Stone, or both copies of bottomless and then main Tour guide. Special Semis can work together, but only if there's no Power Semi-Limited cards present. You also CANNOT side out 1 copy of each of your Special Limited cards (such as 1 Magical Stone and 1 Bottomless) for a 3rd Special Limited or for your Power Specials. Only 2 Semi-Limited cards (no matter how many copies of these cards you have) can be present in the Main and Side deck at a time.

Unlimited cards at 3 are just as they are. You can side in the 3rd copy of an Unlimited Card for another such as if I were to side my 3rd 7 Colored Fish for a 3rd Macro Cosmos. I cannot have 2 different unlimited cards at 3 at any given point (this includes cards that share names such a Harpie Ladies, Glow Moss/Twinkle Moss, etc).

As usual, this will be a Double Knock Off Pot Tournament, but this time the prize will be split into the Volunteer, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place respectively (this time there will be a 3rd Place Match) as follows:

1st Place: 55% of the Pot + 3 Likes

2nd Place: 25% of the Pot + 2 Likes

3rd Place: 15% of the Pot + 1 Like

@Rat: We're only allowed 1 Power/Special Limited and 1 Special Limited in the Deck. The Lists were made to see which ones were the Power Limited Cards and which were the Special Limited cards. We weren't trying to do away with them, but rather incorporate them more fairly across the board.

Do you mean 1 from Special, and 1 from either list?

Oh, and Mirror Force, Solemn Warning, and Torrential Tribute, seems to be centered on the page, while the rest of the list is not.... just so you know.

I'll know for sure I'll enter when I have a deck ready~
