evilfusion Posted January 17, 2013 Report Share Posted January 17, 2013 It's good because it's a Harpie that is treated as Harpie Lady on Field and Grave. This will definitely boost Harpies. Stats are mediocre, but you don't care, because it's not meant to attack. It's a Winged Beast for Icarus, its Summon will trigger Hunting Grounds, its effect is amusing because of Hunting Ground, especially since you can bounce itself and reSummon itself, unlike Swap Frog. This gives Harpies another search target with Sign, fodder for Channeler, and other good stuff. It may be just the thing Harpies need to be competitive, since we seemed to be lacking that one last good Harpie Lady card. Unlike Swap Frog, it LOOKS like the effect to Normal Summon is mandatory and must be done while resolving its effect, rather than the way Swap gives you the ability to NS.
