If this card is Xyz Summoned by ranking up Number 106: Rock Palm, Giant Hand it gains the following effect Once per turn, you can detatch an Xyz Material to negate the effects of all other cards currently face-up. Sleepy Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 I actually like it. It shouldn't be too hard to have 2 Level 4 monsters and Ranking-up. At the very least I'd try it for fun. Making it during either player's turn would probably break it, since then it can chain to most Spell/Trap Cards in the game and negate them, and has 3 - 4 bullets.
