Organized Chaos Posted February 3, 2013 Report Share Posted February 3, 2013 DARK/ Beast/ Effect/ Level 5/ ATK 1000/ DEF 500 If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, destroy 1 random card in your opponent's hand. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Infernal Blasthound" from your hand or Deck. Card looks hilarious on paper: - Searchable by Mystic Tomato and then can just keep searching other copies of itself. - Can be added by Sangan. - Can be revived by Limit Reverse/ added back to hand by Dark Eruption. - Destruction effect works with battle or effect which is pretty cool. - Is a Level 5 DARK monster with 1000 ATK meaning you can Summon it with Chaos End Master (which would be pretty funny if Master destroyed their only monster= Direct attack with this + card destroyed in hand then into a Level 8 Synchro in Main Phase 2 + Chaos shenanigans) - Balanced hand destruction while still not discarding (so no inb4Black or whoever we inb4 when we talk about Dark Worlds.) - Summonable by Inferno Reckless Summon. But then again you realise while it may be an incredibly searchable, floating, hand destroyer, it's still a floating hand destroyed that you might have to Tribute Summon (which is pretty much dead draw in this format)/ Discard for Dark Grepher (which kind of sucks anyway) and is still too weak to reliably activate it's hand destroying effect. Sleepy Posted February 3, 2013 Report Share Posted February 3, 2013 It has some potential, and it'd be hilarious with Transmigration Prophecy after your 3rd one dies, but I'm still more of a Don Zaloog fan. Equally searchable, doesn't need a Tribute if you have it in your hand. Now it's about deciding if you think it's worst to support Dark Worlds or Fire Kings, though there aren't even that many Fire Kings so, I guess it's still not up for debate. Well, Don Zaloog can't be Summoned by Limit Reverse or Chaos End Master but you have a point there. Chaos End Master, Dark Grepher and Limit Reverse makes this somewhat playable. It's "unusable" in most Decks but in a dedicated Deck, it could work quite well.
