According to DevPro/to my knowledge Konami considering it follows Yugioh Online's engine, it only restricts you from using the second if you actually ADD the copies from the first one. Mysty Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 Well, according to the wikia: If the activation of the effect of "Thunder Sea Horse" is negated by "Divine Wrath", you can Special Summon monsters this turn. Also, if the effect of "Thunder Sea Horse" is negated by "The Fabled Unicore", you can't Special Summon monsters this turn. Quite good to know, for what that's worth (like if someone Debunks it).
