Cute Rotten Yoshika Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 the only reason that it isnt often compared to BLS or cards close to that caliber is that its slightly more difficult to bring out. effect wise though, it pretty closely matches them and light support (and fairy support? maybe once in a very rare while) make it incredibly dangerous and hopefully it receives some hit in the future. preferably the close future. Don't let personal bias get in the way of thinking about what should be banned. OT: I'm still amazed that the game successfully made it so that Summoning 3 Level 4 monsters without a "win moar" set of resources is even possible. Yeah, cards that shut down entire mechanics or types of cards is the type of design that allows bad matchups to be more common and extreme than they should be, which is what then gives way to the thought of "we need to design more extreme card removal to get rid of those threats, because it's a necesity". Then the vicious circle marches on. Yeah, when it goes out, it usually wins the game either that turn or next one. The control it provides can be pretty ridiculous. Semi limited at most, but still hit. Its unlikely though. Only reason I'm bringing that up is that the same person who used it used this. Disigma probably won't see use while Thunder Spark is a card, given it has a very small window of time that it has on Thunder Spark or even Ouroboros.
