You can win with what an undying beater she is, anyway, the alt win is a cherry one top.This has the same issue as Exodia. That is to say, it rewards you for streamlining your deck to summoning it and forgetting player interaction is a thing.The only thing that even remotely defends the card is that Ra can't be SSd, thus making any attempt extremely inconsistent. Which balances this thing out a lot. But seriously, if you manage to bring out all three Egyptian God cards onto the field, you pretty much deserve to win the duel right there and then.
