Toffee.
You can banish 2 Dragon-Type and/or EARTH monsters from your hand or Graveyard, except this card; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. You can discard this card and 1 other EARTH monster to the Graveyard to target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. If this card is banished: You can add 1 EARTH Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Redox, Elemental Dragon of Crags" effect per turn, and only once that turn.So while hes not chillin'-out relaxin' outside of school the Graveyard, hes a 3000 DEF wall. And while hes not on the field, he goes back to the Hand and becomes a Monster Reborn. And while hes not in the Hand or on the field, you can just Banish any 2 Dragon/EARTH monsters to revive him.Hell, just look at Redox' smug face; His power to be problematic, and He can get away with it, too.....Also my favorite of the Incarnates.Discuss. Aix
I always think his horns are his eyes. He's probably, at the moment, the most useful because he also has Reactan to back him up.
-Berserker-
They all have a combination of interesting effects. I suppose I can discard this and other EARTH to summon this from the grave, right? This one could be good in Moth deck. Reasoning and Monster Gate to get the grave full of EARTH to spam the effects of this thing. Or maybe I just really want to make a Moth deck. Blaster is also incredibly good because of the Synergy he has with Fists too.Though I will argue that this is the best one, just because monster reborn really makes the difference. Toffee.
You can special this from the grave with a second copy in your handSaikano was asking if you could Target the Same Redox, with his Discard-to-Reborn-effect.That, you can't do.But yes, you could always Redox on a 2nd Redox. Sora1499
In its respective deck, I still think that Tempest is the best. But this probably has more applications.

But yes, you could always Redox on a 2nd Redox. At that point it's almost always better to get the plus by banishing for the grave one rather than discarding for the hand one. At least you'll get another card that way.

Otherwise you're talking about exactly what I was saying you shouldn't do.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I forgot that the summon was an effect, though I should have known that it was. (I didn't even read the posted effect, just went based on memory)
Agro
Your memory is terrible. OT: This one is the best, but I'd argue that for the deck itself, Blaster is the most important. Because Blaster can kill of Ophion. Now all it needs is it's little Fire buddy.

~British Soul~
"Cragley HO! what do we have here my fellow Cragnons? A Dragon of Crags is it? Lesser Cragnons would weep softly at the sight of this beast." *shot* But yes, you could always Redox on a 2nd Redox. This is an issue my friend had when he was testing these guys. Asking whether he could use a copy of X Elemental Dragon to Summon a 2nd from where you want to Summon it from.
