Jord200
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Number_72:_Line_Monster_Chariot_Hisha 2 Level 6 monsters Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. You candetach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all cards your opponentcontrols in the same column as this card, OR if this card is affected by "Line Promotion", you can destroy 2 cards in your opponent's Monster Card Zones that are adjacent to this card's column. disc. ihop
Here we go again. This is a stupid game mechanic and I honestly think I would quit if this thing actually became viable as it would just mess up the game and promote sharking.

I always thought the Senet thing was pretty cool and an interesting game mechanic.

Mugendramon
He is kind of right though, the playerbase is quite used to moving cards around like they just don't care. These things turn that into cheating.

These things turn that into cheating. I know, hence why I said it was badly implemented. Though this is also the reason why I want to go to YCS with an Alien Infiltrator in my deck someday. Mugendramon
That's not to say it couldn't be easily fixed though. Like if a proper rule stated that moving cards around was no longer allowed, a long whiles before anything that made that rule relevant was implemented, players could get used to it before it caused potential irreparable gamestates. The thing is that IS a rule, just nobody follows or enforces it because it pretty much doesn't matter.. There's just no rule stating how your cards must enter the field, meaning I can fully well play a monster in the far right Monster Card Zone if I want. -Berserker-
This one is actually balanced, ignoring the numbers effect and supposing the other card will not be released. Destroy 2, but depending on where it is placed. Maybe even adding an effect that makes it able to move 1 step to the side each turn.
Synchronized
Moving cards around shouldn't be allowed anyway. Especially because if someone accidentally flips the wrong card, and the opponent sees it, they can just shuffle the cards around like it's nothing, which I think is unfair. Sleepy
This will be nice Side Decking against that :P OT: For one side, the mechanic is painful to have around. Who doesn't rearrange things to look pretty? I understand it can be a legit strategy, but it'd honestly be annoying from the sheer design.
Admiral Tim
I don't even know if this is coming to the OCG or TCG in the near future tho.
Nathanael D. Striker
Ah, that mechanic. I enjoyed making cards with that mechanic, it was quite interesting to say the least.
Toffee.
Once per turn you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Activate 1 of these:•Choose 1 card column: Destroy all cards in that column.•Activate only if you control a face-up Field Spell: Target 2 cards the Opponent controls; Destroy them.IRL version would be pretty cool, if it was something like that. ihop
The trouble is that nowadays most playmats don't have field spaces so people can so easily get sharked for having their cards slightly off, plus it makes the game more rigid. No thanks.
FreelancerRaiko
Honestly, not only should this be made into a card but there also should be more cards to support a senet style. I wouldn't mind seeing an entire deck focused on the style, it would be quite interesting. Since they seem to be putting all the numbers into actual cards so far, will they still keep this effect? (Will probably at least drop the line promotion part unless it becomes an actual card as well).
