DARK/Fiend
0 ATK/0 DEF
During your Main Phase: You can target 1 "Number C39" monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target.
While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster cannot be destroyed in battle.
At the End of the Damage Step in which the equipped monster did not destroy a monster in battle: You can reduce the ATK of your opponent's monster to 0, and the equipped monster can attack that monster once again.

More support for Utopia.

I like it.

It's still a ZW, so you can search it with Leo Arms. The effect is only so-so, since it requires a C39 monster to NOT kill a monster by battle and if it's boosted by ZWs, it's almost definitely going to win. Being immune to destruction in battle helps a LOT, though.

Without double-checking the plot in Wiki, I get the feeling this card is used to defeat Dark Mist or a Chaos Number of Dark Mist. It just seems like that type of card.

I don't follow what you mean.

Equip it to Victory

Swing Victory into it

Its ATK becomes 0

Swing again, use Victory, gain its original ATK, deal its ATK + 2800 to opp.

Meant to say at least VICTORY doesn't say original.

So Number 39 now can mimic that Level 7 Blackwing Synchro, but stronger.

I have the feeling that Utopia is just gonna keep getting all these different upgrades just like Neos got at least 13 Fusion Monster upgrades with it.

(Grand Neos, Dark Neos, Air Neos, Glow Neos, Aqua Neos, Flare Neos, Magma Neos, Chaos Neos, Storm Neos, Marine Neos, Divine Neos, Rainbow Neos, and Neos Knight. Also, just for the anime: Wiseman Neos)

Next thing you know, the Extra Deck will be all about starting the game with Utopia and recycling it every turn with Main Deck combos to keep getting the different transformations out.

What I cannot speak for is the ZW series, which not even one of them has been used more than once.
