They always have the same ATK as that target. They cannot attack directly and cannot be Tributed, except for a Tribute Summon. It makes it so Xyzs support Tribute Summoning, which is nice, I guess. It's also the closest we'll probably get to that 10x 3000 ATK tokens from Sartorious's sister back in GX.
