During your Main Phase 1, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; draw 2 cards, then it becomes the End Phase of this turn. And yet no one wants it reprinted because it's insane this format. Card is pretty good, but it supports stall based Decks like Chain Burn or OTK decks like Hieratics a bit too much. You can still Set your hand. I realized recently that Veiler against Cardcar is actually an EXTREMELY good move because they can't use its effect the following turn.
