Zazubat
I prefer DevPro over DN Ban me What the hell does this have to do with anything? OP: The card is pretty insane, and I wonder what is keeping it at 1, while I personally think Warning is better, this is a card I still put in everything I play. The fact that Judgement can pretty much negate anything where Warning can negate any kind of summon either monster or card effect.
Northern Sage
The fact that Judgement can pretty much negate anything where Warning can negate any kind of summon either monster or card effect. I am fairly certain he was talking about why it isn't banned. Apparently hard to use well.
Miror B
I was a DN admin before it was cool. ...wait was it ever cool? What the hell does this have to do with anything? He's making a joke because it's a stereotype that DN admins hate Devpro. OT: 4000 lifepoints too much meng... Nonsarcastic OT: Early game pay 4000 life points to stop a dangerous push. Late game pay 100 Life points to ensure your victory. Good card is goo. Not much else to say.

玄魔の王
The fact that Judgement can pretty much negate anything where Warning can negate any kind of summon either monster or card effect. To be fair, Warning can negate monster effects that summon Monsters, which Judgment cannot. As for the cards itself... it's pretty good. There's a reason people can 3 way back when. It certainly doesn't deserve a ban though.
Judαs
It's fine where it is, at 1. Thank god it doesn't negate monster effects. When it used to be at 3 was when Life Points actually mattered, and when there actually was reason to run Seven Tools of the Bandit. ...In video games, opponent chains it to an MST targeting it.
