Sleepy Posted April 14, 2013 Report Share Posted April 14, 2013 At 3. It should have been at 3 ever since forever. Not even back in the Synchro era was this bad. It's actually it's the most reasonable wall there is. Your opponent might take them out in a turn, or might take 4+ turns on it. It also won't be able to appear if you don't have those 4 slots empty. I remember me having a random defense + Scapegoats back in the day, and my opponent Summoning Assura Priest + Big Bang Shot. It was bad for me but also awesome.
