Agro
So, just to clarify, would you be limiting those cards, or some other method? Limiting or Semi-Limiting them. I have no idea what you mean by "some other method".
Bringerofcake
Come to think of it, I don't either. Either way, it seems like if a lot of these cards went to 1, two things could happen: 1) it'd kill deck diversity because the list of staple cards would grow to the point that everyone's running identical backrows 2) the first thing happens, but people have so much extra deck space that they'd run other techs in their places. Agro
The fear of #1 happening is why we didn't go with option A. Also why I wanted to bring it to discussion.
TheKaitoKid
I think hitting the backrow staples is a good idea too. That way it doesn't end up being a pain in the neck trying to get plays going. Especially with the lack of readily available backrow destruction. I'm looking more at CED (never thought that'd have to be said) and Fiendish Chain since they pretty much stop you dead in your tracks. Also, any word on a tournament or something soon? Like I said before, I'm eager to test this format as it seems good.
cr47t
It fills your entire field for no cost. That`s why it`s limited. -------------------- Try to keep the limit for staples at how they are. As for some close-to-staple cards, try putting some to 2, some to 1, and keep some how they were before you brought plan A for discussion (ex. Bottomless, but really, you should keep Bottomless @2)
