Blake
3 Level 4 LIGHT Monster Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve that target's ATK, and if you do, its effects are negated. If this card on the field would be destroyed, you can detach all Xyz Materials from it instead. Halve any battle damage you would take during the turn you use this effect. So I can't help but wonder why its first effect isn't quick when everything it does is outclassed in one way or another by another card that can be made with the same materials. Agro
I can see its halo HALO halo HALO halo HALO HAAAAAAALOOOOOOO icubeyonce OT: Probably because they weren't focused on the negate effect as far as they were focusing on the halving the attack thing. The effect negation is supposed to be used on the side. Those last 2 effects are pretty cool too.
evilfusion
So...instead of using only 2 LIGHTs and getting Paladynamo that turns ATK to 0, you use a third LIGHT and get this for a Gale effect and one time immunity from destruction in exchange for losing all the Materials, and also halving damage. It might become worthy when we see C102. But until then, it's just another mediocre Rank 4 that's uncomfortably more costly.
Sora1499
OH LOOK IT NEGATES EFFECTS. WELL GEE, WHO'S FUCKIN SURPRISED?
evilfusion
The 3rd rule of Zexal: All antagonist cards are designed to kill Hope. Kaito: Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon neuters Hope. Neo Galaxy-Eyes does it even better. Number 96: Hope can negate attacks, but Black Mist still weakens and gains ATK. IV: Giant Killer kills Xyz and Heavens' Strings kills everything but itself. Tron: Genom-Heriter can negate effects and steal them, turn ATK to 0, or randomly remove its name. Coat of Arms negates everything and steals them. CXyz: They pretty much all do burn damage and CXyz can kill Numbers. Bet you forgot that because of how it never freaking matters. Misael: Tachyon Dragon WANTS Hope to activate its effect so it can screw it over with 1000+ ATK. Alit: C105 has Volcasaurus effect. Gilag: 106 and C106 negate effects. Vector: 104/C104 Negates effects and burns. Durbe: 102 negates and halves. Okay seriously, they do need to stop. The Barian lords clearly have issues with Hope. Everything associated with them have burn or negation effects. Even Hope Ray V had burn.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
The Shrink effect is making me think FGD will make an appearance in the series one day, and we shall see this card kamikaze into it in a brilliant explosion of "FGD died in battle" and stuff. Maybe I should actually watch the show...

Resident Fascist
. Okay seriously, they do need to stop. The Barian lords clearly have issues with Hope. Everything associated with them have burn or negation effects. Even Hope Ray V had burn. The opposite to Hope is Despair... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUw3tO0zEAE secretly, the Barians are all reincarnations of Aporia. Anyway, this kinda sucks. I hope the C102 is better. evilfusion
I think the ultimate irony is that Durbe seems like he's going to be Shark's Barian rival the way Misael is for Kaito, and Glorious Halo's effect isn't that good against Shark.
Azuh
Holy Lightning monsters wouldve been pretty cool as Thunder-Type, they were all searchable by Sea Horse :(

Everything associated with them have burn or negation effects. Even Hope Ray V had burn. There are first and second rules? But yes, this continues the now-irritating trend of anti-Utopia cards that negate card effects and/or burn. There are other ways to do this, such as having a direct attacker that ignores Monster Card effects when attacking, or a card that, I don't know, destroys Utopia outright? But NOOO... Getting on track, this Number is sub-par for an Over-Hundred Number. Better Xyzs have more awesome effects for less, and in such a tight Extra Deck, this can be left out until we find out what C102 is, and if it is worth this initial stage.
