Northern Sage
Pay 800 Life Points; target 1 face-up monster your opponent control; halve the target's original ATK. Discuss.
~British Soul~
Outclassed by Shrink (As to be expected ofc), but unlike Shrink this card's effect is permanent which doesn't make it any better than Shrink though.
Azuh
But it says 800 on the card...
Thomas★Zero
Obligatory if only it were quick play comment... ...still if it was made quick-play with a 1000 LP cost it could be somewhat decent.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
I think I missed something. What happened to Legolas that made him want to kill Gimli? OT: A lot of times, you can kill the Shrunk monster during the turn Shrink gets activated. While the permanency is nice, the cost and the specific time to use weighs more than that. Plus, if you activate Shrink on your turn, you're going to run over the Shrunk monster. If you activate this on your turn and you aren't trying to kill the monster, then you are probably saving yourself about 200-700 Life Points. evilfusion
Shrink is a Quick-Play. This is a Normal Spell. Off the bat, I'd rather use Shrink than this. Shrink is for one turn, but combined with its Quick-play status, it has defensive and offensive purposes and can act as a nasty surprise, making it better than this. Shrink is free. This costs 800.
