~British Soul~
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase: You can inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card your opponent controls. Each time your opponent Sets a Spell or Trap Card(s): Inflict 300 damage to your opponent. discuss.
Sora1499
All it does is burn, and not even that good of a burn at that. Given that the level 8 synchro cardpool is freaking amazing, this doesn't earn a spot in my extra deck unless it's incredibly loose.
swag swag swag swag swag s
Scrap > This It's burn effect isn't good enough. Could be useful against Firefists or Verz maybe, but that's about it.

Dementuo
Of course... you wouldn't have asked otherwise, lol. =3 But no, this is actually a really funny card to use. People don't know what it does so they get burned to death.
Toffee.
This card taunts me.The days I want to run it, nobody plays anything that I can benefit off of.The days I DON'T run it, everyone under the sun plays Burn/Stall.dek
Northern Sage
That freaking top hat. Also, censorship silliness. (Mephisto->Mefist)

Most likely because they expect the other level 8 Synchs. That freaking top hat. Pretty much the reason why he's my current avi.
Strider Tigerwolf
I want one...but I won't get one unless I can grab it from someone someway somehow....or until the reprint. (sigh)
newhat
It's OK as a sort of extremely costly Gagaga Cowboy finisher.
ihop
My friend actually won one of these at YCS Brighton. It seems like a decent enough finisher but the cool thing about it would be to burn and then swing for lots of damage, but you're only likely to be able to swing if your opponent has an empty field. It's outclassed by about 4 other level 8s too.
-Berserker-
I wonder if it's a reference to Mephistopheles Youma I mean, referencing the classic Saint Seiya is great. Referencing Saint Seiya - The Lost Canvas is sad. I would actually like to use this. I wish it was more viable. Maybe against Steelswarms.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
the fact that the vast majority of the burn is reactive makes it near useless. maybe if it werent a level 8 synchro, which is chock full of incredible monsters.

Unless he is blood-themed or is generally called Mefist instead.

Sleepy
I don't think the burn is too bad. Bombardment Bird does it similarly, it also counts your side, but Mefist can attack afterwards. People complained about generic enough materials and being a burn card? I think it's derpy design for Fusion Support that plays a role here. I forgot this card even existed. I've never seen it IRL. My guess is that if it does get reprinted, it might be in the next Legendary Collection, as soon as 5Ds turns a couple years old.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
fenix being fusion means it can be used with chain material and it has no use outside of various otks. also fenix is PROACTIVE. you choose to deal the burn. mefist is REACTIVE. aside from the 300 during the standby, you have no control over the burn. your opponent does. the chances of this doing 2k are virtually zero, cuz your opponent isnt gonna set 5 backrow against this. theyll set 0-2 and just use that to kill mefist and take almost nothing in return. its useless. evilfusion
There's something incredibly funny about "Blood" not being censored, but Mephisto was. Especially since the anime dub, if I recall, used "Crimson".
