~British Soul~
Spellcaster/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When you control a face-down Spell or Trap Card, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). During the turn this card is Special Summoned, you cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards. 1200/1600 I think that we can all expect that this will be in the new Duelist Pack. discuss

~British Soul~
What's its ATK? Derp, *edits* It's 1200.
L0SS
The fact that it can't be Normal Summoned sort of kills it. Although it is a Spellcaster, so maybe so sort of weird Spellbook addition? I'm grasping at straws here.
Wildflame
Its requirements are dumb easy to achieve, and you can drop multiples per turn. It has potential.
Superdoopertrooper
Although it is a Spellcaster, so maybe so sort of weird Spellbook addition? What drug? I seriously want to try it.
L0SS
What drug? I seriously want to try it. Did the phrase "I'm grasping at straws here" mean nothing to you? It was merely a momentary thought that I quickly discarded.

evilfusion
It's another card to help Rank 4 spam. The inability to use S/Ts somewhat balances it, but I don't really see much advantage to using it.
Blake
Wait, since when did witches wear viking helmets as a glamorous fashion statement? Dododos are vikings. In this case, it's a Viking Witch.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Dododos are vikings. In this case, it's a Viking Witch. Ahh, I was unaware of that. In that case, that makes more sense. The best move you could do with this is Set Pot of Duality or something like that, potentially bluff your opponent, and then Special this. But from that bluff, the opponent might say, "oh, he just put something down there for shits and gigs". So I kind of don't see the appeal to using it all that much as well. Sleepy
It's alright. It could have had more freedom. Something along the lines of:You can target 1 Set Spell or Trap Card you control; Special Summon this card (from your hand). Then, you can destroy the target. If you do not, you cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards during the turn this card is Summoned this way. Capable of Normal Summon/Set. Random casual self-destroying S/T support. Opponent can MST or something so you cannot use S/T even if you intended to. Though to be fair, it's a girl monster, this won't lack collectors wanting it regardless. Plus, as I said before, the effect is alright anyways.
