Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending 3 monsters you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Toss a coin and gain the appropriate effect.
● Heads: When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can target 1 card in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.
● Tails: During either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, that targets this card is activated: This card loses exactly 1000 ATK and you negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Because I just saw a guy drop this in Dustosn because lolsend.

Thankfully, I was playing Victor Box and just swapped a Garnet to him. Since he hit heads, I just plussed off of it the whole game until he scooped when he realized this doesn't work if it goes to the grave, via dropping Honest on a Box of Friends swapped to him when this attacked.

Oh god, my sides... xD
That's like, the most hilarious use I have ever seen with Light Ruler.
Like, literally, I love the fact such a deck even exists.

But in all seriousness, though, Light Ruler is pretty cool; Heads lets you reuse whatever you want from a little player interaction and tails gives it it's own self-protection(Despite the fact it looses 1000 ATK each time).
Though, in general, the Arcana EX monsters have always been pretty obscure, despite having cool effects.

Same would go for its dark counter part where Heads leads to a double hitter with 4K or Tails where it just nukes when it dies.

Wonder if their are other monsters that can be summoned via "Sending monsters" as if their are those could make Duston's a very interesting deck.
