This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. You can only use the effect of "Blizzard Falcon" once per turn.Blizzard Falcon is actually a pretty neat card. I mean, you could literally even boost it's ATK by 1 and still do 1500 damage out of nowhere. Plus, it really has no drawbacks if you think about it; Yes, you can only use it once while it's on the field and only one Falcon can be used once per turn; You can still attack with it and everything, and doesn't limit the rest of your field at all. The full pic is actually a lot funnier, though...Anyway, on-topic~ It still doesn't seem that viable, even if it has a lot of things going for it. Beatstick + burn. It would have been more than just pack filler back in the day. Though it's more of a standalone card. Nothing really happens after the burn. But being a Winged-Beast makes it Icarus fodder which is always good. Card seems interesting but it hasn't really got any competitive use at the moment. Xyz Gagaga Cowboy or Black Ship of Corn for some more burn. Tribute the Xyz and the last Falcon for THE TYRANT NEPTUNE. Copy Falcon Effect and inflict another 1500. Attack for game. You would think having "You can only use the effect of "Blizzard Falcon" once per turn." would be enough but i guess not. Regardless of that it copies the effect of Blizzard Falcon and therefore, even if it was still called The Tyrant - Neptune it'd be treated as The Tyrant - Neptune using the effect of Blizzard Falcon.
