Sleepy Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 When speaking of flavor, it'd make more sense that it got Dragon-Types than LIGHT monsters. He is a Dragon tamer after all. Just like Dai Grepher, and Dragon Manipulator. The Level restriction makes it sad. It was bad enough that it didn't get the big Levels, but now some LIGHT monsters don't even have Levels at all. evilfusion Posted August 20, 2013 Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 We have Victoria for 'capturing' Dragon monsters, though. I prefer Relinquished to this thing, because this relies way too much on the opponent. Level 4 or lower, and LIGHT, plus you have to banish a DARK from the Grave. And all it does it turn the monster into a Union for this, and gets no other benefit than that. Relinquished at least gains the ATK of the stolen monster and can grab anything your opponent has.
