Yes, that is correct. You can't try to activate an effect that has no target prior to activating the effect. That card is SOOO good looking. Then again, not sure why they would.Also, wait-If this card is sent to the Graveyard by your opponent’s card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Machine-Type Fusion Monster form your Extra Deck.If I'm reading this right.... It's worded the same as Scrap Dragon/Voltic Bicorn/etc; This card can even be triggered by Warning.So literally, as long as it is isn't Banished itself, it's basically fearless and can give you even stronger beaters out of thin air.Sexy. I like how it's banish and not send, and also get's triggered only when sent to the grave and not when removed from the field so you could get around it in some ways..
