A wonderful card.

It slows the game without being permanent stall like Gravity Bind potentially was back in the day, and it has fun combos it can work with.

 

Dream Clown loves it.

Lyla hates it, and Breaker also does even if he uses the Counter on it.

As said above, Flip Rocks (good times) feel safer around it.

Long live Spiders and Toons.

 

Being the one who activates it gives you that turn's worth of Attack Position Summons as an unspoken advantage.

 

I think it's well designed and pretty fun.

By that, I meant that it doesn't matter how a monster is Summoned, as they still get switched regardless.
Speaking of which, this card has yet to a modern reprint with the infamous 'problem solving text'.

Ah, I thought you meant that its effect activated every time there was a summon, like how Emptiness' second effect activates when a card is destroyed.
