In the simplest way I can describe it: -Pendulums are both Spells and Monsters. -As Spells they are just number Scales. -As monsters they are just monsters (really, regular ones). -Put 2 Pendulums on the sides, they'll work as a bridge. A bridge in which only monsters of certain Levels can fit in. You are supposed to complete an arc with both extremes. The rest is the mass-Summon from the hand. Don't even worry about other stuff right now. Just make sure you get this part. You can mass-Summon monsters from your hand. If any of the steps is confusing I could try to explain it. No to the first Yes, but you must meet any conditions. Like one of the Magicians we have requires no monsters, while the other has no condition.
