The RL effect is interesting. It's a Utopia monster, which is obvious. Generic Rank 6 that turns all opposing monsters to 0 when Xyz Summoned (awesome), and can banish Xyz monsters to revive Utopia Xyz. Gaining exactly 1250 LP is weird, but whatever.

I'm just not sure if it'll be good enough to use much, since it doesn't give your cards protection from anything, but it will have ZW support going for it, and that'll be scary.

Specially with the addition of Leo Arms for 6000+ ATK  and then 3000+ second attack...

...all while your opponents monsters have their ATK reduced to 0.

A generic ATK killer that any deck with level 6 monsters can spam (Hieratic/Monarch/Chaos Dragon). The first utopia card to be somewhat viable.

... Uh?

Utopia itself used to be viable. It's still not awful, just not great, so idk what you're on about.

Unsure if I'd rather this or Ptolemy, though.

Still a very good option, just only 1 slot will be available usually.

That's always the annoying bit. This thing actually needs Astral Force to Xyz Change, otherwise summon it normally. If you do, however, you get some serious damage in.

...Man, imagine if this thng could Xyz Change on its own.

Dont simply call it ''This Thing''    <_<

Well
As i like the Utopia Archetype, i cant say i'm happy with this Card

I'd rather prefer if it would pull an C88 on the Summoning Condition part for it not to turn out as a ''new toy'' on other Decks
then with this some OPT protection would make sense and still wouldn't be anywhere near broken

and seriously people who doubted this Card would see an release exist? :OOO
okay.

The problem with it hypothetically using C88's Summoning condiiton is that it's not a "Number C", therefore the only Rank-Up Magic that'd work is Astral Force. Though if it did get that type of Summon Condition, it'd have to be better than it already is.

Rank 6 is one of the most powerful Ranks, though, in terms of effects.

Compared to 4/5/7/8, Rank 6 has been somewhat weak as of late.

That's true. Rank 4 is a bit nuts due to Exciton and 101, plus how obsessive Konami has been with archetypes being for Level 4. Rank 5 was always a top contender for powerful effects. Rank 7 has really good effects, but D-Rulers is what made them absurdly good, so they lose points. Rank 8 took too long to get good, and by nature of needing Level 8 monsters, it requires a lot of dedication, and those Decks tend to suffer consistency issues.

But some of the Rank 6s have amazing effects and only are unplayable or rare because Level 6 doesn't have as much support going for them, and/or the Xyz is non-generic. I'm just thinking of cards like M7, Atlanthal (in theory), Soldda, the Hazy Flame Xyz, etc. Powerful effects, but not as much potential to exploit them.

LETS THROW CAUTION TO THE WIND, BE COOL, kick logic to the curb, AND RELEASE THIS AS IS.

You know, after watching Vanguard, it really dawned on me how horrible the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime is as an advertisement for cards from a gameplay perspective; you can never really know if the card you saw is what you'll get, if you even get it.

Cuz' Yugioh doesn't stick to exact cards, as far as decks go.
Srsly, Yuma has played at least 10-20 cards that literally do the exact same thing.
Yugi was worse, in the sense that he made up stuff and only now and then resorted to the same 5 monsters.
Yusei- No, go home Yusei. Your deck is too much of a plot device.
Jaden at least stayed consistent.... Ish.
