Once per turn: You can target 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You cannot Normal Summon/Set during the turn you Special Summon with this effect (even if this card leaves the field). If a monster Special Summoned by this effect leaves the field, destroy this card.

You know guys, this is a once-per-turn Monster Reborn/Premature Burial for plants. It's a Continuous card so it's bounce-able like Premature Burial while it doesn't destroy the Summoned monsters when destroyed.

Summon Lonefire,use Oreo,bounce fert. Use Lonefire,use fert.

Seriously unlikely situation.

... No?

If you're reviving Lonefire with this 9/10 you'ree doing it wrong because you're negging yourself on a recyclable and multi-use reborn.

You're probably going to be losing this card when you Xyz anyway.

It's only a few rare times when I've actually been able to bounce this card with Oreia.

I would agree that bouncing it with Oreo is rare, but a serious winmore when you do.
Funniest was dueling crappy DW.
He used DwD,pitching Sylvan for sage, then sage milled sprout. Summoned Oreo, pitched primcess to sort top. Fert on Princess,Oreo mills 3 including pees, get copy plant back and bounce fert. Xyz into Felgrand, fert on princess.
Turn 2 FTK

What the hell are you people on?

You're supposed to use Oreia with this all the time. Not EVERY game, but a good majority of them. It's why the deck is as good as it is.

And why would you lose Fert when you Xyz, they aren't leaving the field so fert stay.

You shouldn't be getting lonefire off of this most times because anything you can get off of Lonefire once you have grave set up is something you'd rather end up Excavating with what you have in grave and/or drawing into.

And the plant princesses suck.

Also, do you even know what an FTK is? FIRST Turn kill. Turn 2 is not an FTK.

Actually no, Xyz Materials do leave the field. The only reason Tengu, Absolute Zero and etc don't work is because Xyz Materials don't have effects.

Xyz Materials do NOT leave the field. Becoming an Xyz Material doesn't kill Fertilizer because its target didn't "leave the field".

Becoming a material for an Xyz is considered the same as being returned to the deck.

Fert dies when xyz,bc cards are not considered on the field when attached as material. My first turn..in game it would be turn 2.

Your first turn doesn't matter because it's not turn 1. Use correct terminology.

The only thing I find that remotely contradicts fert staying is that it's not Konami Official yet.

IE: The majority, be it Org members or ruling buffs, say it stays on the field until Konami says no.

EDIT: And some people comparing it to flipping the monster Fert's loving on FD.

Xyz Materials are not sent to the Graveyard. Instead, they are placed on the same Monster Card Zone beneath the Summoned Xyz Monster. In this state, they are not treated as monsters, nor are they treated as being on the field,...thus they left the field

A First Turn Kill is similar to a One Turn Kill, but this is pulled off in the player's first turn....thus still an FTK bc its my first turn

But they didn't. You haven't proven they leave the field. The rulings still say they didn't, and are to be treated as such until solid proof happens. It's similar to being flipped fd or returned to the deck, according to the rulings.

No, a First Turn Kill is a kill that happens before the other player gets a turn.

The first line is deeiving, but if you use context clues, it shows that it's THE first turn. Shocking, I know.

I don't understand anything anymore

By that logic, when Tengu is detached, I SHOULD be able to get its effect. I don't. Why not?

Think of it like this

Monster -> Material

It's still on the field, but as a material

Material -> Removed

It's removed from the field, but it's no longer a monster

B/c cards like Tengu,Sangan, and Absolute Zero are considered w/out effects when attached as xyz material

You should really quit when you;re behind.
