Toffee.
I... don't get itAllow me to shed some light on this scenario....Huh? I'm not needed?! But this was going to be my shining moment!*Ahem*decks that can't take advantage from this take advantage of thisPretty much this^I mean, literally all you need to do is have a monster of yours destroyed, even just 1, and this card has already replaced itself. From there, you can just sit back and casually draw stuff whenever the situation arises.

goddamnit names are a pain
Scrap Dragon and Diamond Dire Wolf make this thing super generic. Wtf man This just has me laughing so hard because It implies destruction by battle will never happen, despite being a possibility. Which is true at this point in the game. Dog King
this is seems cool that can destroy your stuff since when you use it turn 1 it replaces itself and then from there on whenever your opponent wants to kill your monsters theyll need to remember youll get to draw a card during their turn etc, and next turn if it survives your repeat etc this card seems really solid especially in scraps as mentioned 8648392 times

heraldry_lord
Battling? Battling? Battle's for old liver-spotted diehards. What's a battle? Like we needed more reasons not to kill something by battle.
Suibon
What's a battle? The Old Ones know. But you mustn't sniff them. *sniffs self* What's a battle? Lonk
What's a battle? Like we needed more reasons not to kill something by battle. A battle is how players interactively dominate each other. If a Deck is supposed to win by not properly battling, then that deck deserves to die. On a flip note, this card is absolutely hilarious with Gustos, making their 0 be a +

Battles? NO. You throw away whatever your opponent has and then enter the Win Phase of your turn.

They just exist on a lower level because people are afraid of being dominated in battle by their dominatrix opponent, so Konami made a Win Phase to preserve the people that are soft to domination. No, son. The only battles that exist in Yu-Gi-Oh! are the battles within the players' minds; they have to decide if they honestly want to play this awful game. Toffee.
This card honestly should have had some kind of Discard cost to first activate it.It's stupidly easy to trigger this thing, and it instantly replaces itself. From there, you just sit back and net draws out of nowhere, unless they have Typhoon or something.
Suibon
This card honestly should have had some kind of Discard cost to first activate it. That wouldn't be enough to curb abuse -- the plusses you'd make letting floaters be floaters would be more than enough to offset that activation cost -- only that getting MST'd would mean more of a loss for you, and stacking one Supply Unit after the other won't be as pleasing an idea. goddamnit names are a pain
If you hate this game so much why are you still here? I didn't say I hated it the game is just awful at times (most of the time). It's a pleasant misery *shot* While it has its numerous flaws the game is still fun at times. Maeriberii Haan
Man, you sounds like a masochist there TGM. Anyway, I think the Genryuus will definitely use this card since their monsters are all floaters.
Bringerofcake
So, after a few rounds of testing Scraps with this, I can safely agree with the OCG people. This is incredible. For a brief moment I considered running Accumulated Fortune because I could ALWAYS get to a 3-link chain, such was how often I got factory/unit. Sleepy
This thing sounds pretty stupid just from the first read. First than anything, why doesn't this have the REAL OPT clause? Of all things, this is the closest thing to Card of Safe Return I've seen since the game started. Destruction is the main way of removal and the only natural way of removal the game has. Toffee.
Destruction is the main way of removal and the only natural way of removal the game has.But it's funny, because on top of a draw engine, This also acts as a safety net. Of course the former is the biggest issue, but still.

But we have countless non-destruction removal options! And with non-floaters, it's just a 1-for-1! And it only helps crappy decks!

Still a bad design choice. It means that decks that can use said non-destruction methods consistently will make this fair, while decks that can't will suffer from a huge sliding effect. And why does it stack? Even if many decks do have the choice to make 101, Chidori, etc. This card itself is still very powerful in the decks that can use it, to abusive extents... Extents that don't require waiting for your opponent to do it for them, replacing themselves at worst. It honestly feels sort of like Black Whirlwind, but it's uses are more generic. Also, we have plenty of floaters nowadays.
