OG rda is pretty darn good on occasion. i like using jeweled to punch JD in the face though. gives lightsworns an approximation of their own stupid moves. Sleepy Posted March 26, 2014 Report Share Posted March 26, 2014 This and regular Red Dragon are not really comparable, and the anime version is a genius creation that should not be looked down upon. Regular RDA has the flavor of "berserk blood-thirsty demon that will kill even it's own allies if they are not up for the riot", and has the bonus of solid 3000 ATK stats that only really benefit you if the opponent overuses defensive plays. It all makes sense about it. That said, yeah, manga version is more useful in general, I mean what's Defense Position for outside of strategies like Ghostricks nowadays? Stall that is not Threatening Roar/Battle Fader clones is underwhelming enough to not need a specific counter like regular RDA. So yeah, this guy looks great even if I haven't used it before. Though, if my deck could Dark End Dragon, I'd probably rather use the slot for it, as non-destroying more focused removal, personally. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
